For promoting the sales of its shoes during the World cup season, Nike placed a ball shaped hoarding on a building which gave an impression that a huge crack was made on the building by the struck of the ball. This ad became very popular and went on to generate a lot of revenue for Nike.


To demonstrate that their shampoo helped in getting stronger hair, the hair products manufacturer Pantene hung a huge pony tail from the window of a building in Toronto. Climbers were assigned to climb the pony tail for two days. This creative mode of advertising helped Pantene to create a buzz in the Canadian market.
