There are some wealthy people in the world who find it inconvenient to buy islands in places far from their home country. Hence, their solution to this predicament is to build their own island instead. And yes, this is common for the oil tycoons of Dubai, where islands do not exist in their vast oil-rich seas.
All that needs to be done is to find a good location for the island, spray over 300million cubic meters of a specific type of sand to form a base, and then surround the area with boulders of rocks.
There will be another round of sand spraying in the area once the rocks have been set, this time to fill the space with land. A special kind of sand is used, otherwise your island will either be blown by the wind because the foundation is too light, or sink because the sand is too heavy.
When the final sand filling phase is done, you may proceed with decorating it with trees, bushes and even place your own summer house so you can go an island vacation anytime you want.
